The most welcoming of ships, Arcadia has won herself an ardent following. The reasons as you'll discover, are numerous, but perhaps one of the most significant factors is her remarkable spaciousness. Measuring 810 feet long, she carries hundreds fewer passengers than many ships of similar size, and her interior is one designed to create a general sense of extraordinary openness and airiness. Also, from May 2002, she will be completely dedicated to adults. Like her sister P&O liners, however, Arcadia developed a personality and character uniquely her own. Her extensive outdoor decks, among the most spacious at sea, feature two large swimming pools, one with P&O's first ever 'swim-up' bar, and her cabins are some of the most spacious to be found on any cruise liner. But it is not just her features that make Arcadia special, it is the unique, sociable atmosphere created by the captain and his exceptional crew. So what's life like on board Arcadia? To find, read on. Arcadia Accommodation. Arcadia has some of the largest cabins of any liner cruising out of the UK.
