| One Comment |  | | STAN | | | Westerdam(Alaska) main dining room( main, late seating) waiters seem less well trained than previously, food is constantly delayed getting from kitchen to dining room supposedly due to kitchen ranization. Maitre'd is aware of training and delay problems; is working on training, but says Chef is in charge of kitchen, does not correft problem.
