On the ships of MSC Cruises you will discover a perfect blend of European charm and modern Italian elegance. Experience the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Italian officers. Savor a steamy cappuccino or a refreshing gelato with an ever-changing view. And taste the flavors of Italy offered by the signature La Cucina Italiana and New World Mediterranean cuisine. When you vacation with MSC Cruises, you’ll travel in unparalleled style with the world’s fastest growing cruise line. Discover the comfortable luxury of our accommodations and renowned European service and hospitality.Step aboard and enjoy every moment on ships of Italian design christened by the fleet’s godmother, screen legend Sophia Loren. For she is the embodiment of who MSC is: Bella. Appassionata. Italiana. Which translates into beautiful, passionate and Italian––in any language.

Dining is delizioso with MSC Cruises.

Imagine crêpes Florentine, pumpkin risotto with truffle oil and lobster with coriander and anise. In each ship’s main restaurant, dining is a special occasion with our renowned seven-course menu, including a different regional Italian specialty each night. We call our medley of fresh Mediterranean flavors, La Cucina Italiana. You’ll take pleasure in the fresh taste of gourmet Italian food served in an elegant European atmosphere.

Each ship offers a varied selection of fine dining and casual venues ranging from the only Chinese restaurant at sea, to a sushi bar, a lively Tex Mex restaurant, and of course, an authentic pizzeria. You can also savor a taste of heavenly delights at our midnight buffet. Then sleep in and enjoy a private breakfast on your balcony. Buon appetito!

Enjoy our authentic Italian ambiance.

Once you step aboard an MSC ship, you’ll feel the difference true Italian style can make in cruise design. It’s in the grand ambiance of our lobbies, many with sweeping staircases. And in the luxury décor of gleaming wood, Italian marble and Swarovski crystal stairs in the Yacht Club aboard the new MSC Fantasia. You’ll discover the difference in the high quality, tranquil experience of our luxury style spas. Or the cozy ambiance of our espresso bars and the comfortable style of our accommodations.

Our Italian inspired luxury décor captures the best of Italy’s renowned art, design and architecture, in an atmosphere of understated elegance and European sophistication.

Relax and renew in our spa and fitness centers.

Enter the zen-like atmosphere of our tranquil spas and your mind will transform to a state of pure relaxation. Don a plush robe and relax on a teak bed in our meditation area, surrounded by glass walls with spectacular views from the top of the ship. Just next door, private spa treatment rooms await. Strewn with delicate flower petals and soft, warm lighting you can enjoy rejuvenating treatments such as a Balinese massage with lava stones, shiatsu and reflexology. Follow-up with the total relaxation of our spa’s sauna, steam room and whirlpool bath.

Our day spa beauty treatments blend the best of ancient and modern therapies with natural minerals, healing salts and aromatherapy. Our spa specialists will treat you to a refreshing facial or our Bali Thalasso “Flowers and Sea” body treatment for a warm, beautiful glow. Then complete your transformation with a stylish haircut and pampering manicure in our beauty salon.

I found an itinerary for our annual anniversary cruise that we really liked. It was a 10-day sailing from Fort Lauderdale on MSC Poesia to Bonaire, Aruba, Cartegena, Cristobal, and Falmouth.&nbs

There is a really good, lengthy review of MSC on CruiseReport, but it is a few years old and does not cover the Yacht Club.

@Mary, I too would like to know more about the butler service and the suites on MSC. Has CruiseReport done a review of this? If so, I can't find it.

What can you tell me about MSC Yacht Club? Is it worth the extra money? How does it compare to similar services on other cruise lines?

We are two Seniors, and took a Transatlantic cruise with MSC Lyrica. Their officers were ignorant of visa requirements for dual nationals US/Argentina. They allowed us to board, and three days later threw us out of the ship, in Casablanca. The Captain of the ship, after we re boarded in Tenerife acknowledged he did not know about the event and promised reparation. The line dragged their feet, after one year, refused responsability. Capt. Saviero's word is what I trusted. My mistake.
